Please bring your parent permission form<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span> and physician permission form<\/span> <\/a><\/strong>to your first week of practice. \u00a0Your Physician Form is good for one year, so if you already submitted one to your school, just get a copy from them.\u00a0 After the first week, we cannot allow you to continue to practice without the proper paperwork.<\/span><\/p>\n

Practice Location<\/strong>:
\nRensselaer High School Track<\/p>\n

Practice Times<\/strong>:
\nMondays & Thursdays, 6:00 – 7:45 pm;\u00a0 Saturdays, 9:30 – 11:30 am.<\/p>\n

Registration Fees<\/strong>: \u00a0Registration fees cover AAU<\/strong> and\/or USATF Membership<\/strong>; Meet Entry Fees<\/strong>.
\nCM Eagles Registration is: $225<\/strong>\u00a0per athlete; \u00a0$175<\/strong>\u00a0each additional athlete from the same Family.<\/p>\n

Uniform Policy<\/strong>:\u00a0 In order to keep registration fees affordable, uniforms are now being handled the same as many High School teams.\u00a0 They are being issued at the beginning of the season with a $25 uniform deposit<\/strong> being collected.\u00a0 At the end of the season, the fee will be refunded upon the return of the uniform in good condition. Uniforms cost much more than the $25 deposit, but this will help to recoup the losses due to lost or damaged uniforms.<\/p>\n
