\"\"\u00a0 \u00a0 In a time when persistence, loyalty, and hard work are sparse it is refreshing to see it take shape, especially in the Sports Arena!<\/strong>\u00a0 So many seek instant SUCCESS<\/strong>, but end up trading in Long Term Success<\/strong> in order to be a \u201cOne Shot Wonder\u201d<\/strong>, if you will.\u00a0 For years the NFL<\/strong> sought \u201cparody\u201d<\/strong> in the league hoping to provide fertile ground for each NFL Team<\/strong> to know the feeling of winning a Championship<\/strong>.\u00a0 It is dangerously close to \u201cpicking\u201d Winners<\/strong> and Losers!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Deion Sanders once stated, after the Pittsburgh Steelers<\/strong> won their 6th<\/sup> Super Bowl Championship<\/strong>, \u201cGreat Teams come from Great Organizations!\u00a0 The Pittsburgh Steelers, and the Rooney Family, certainly exemplify every bit of that!\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 In the case of the Liberty Tour Track & Field Series<\/strong>, the Empire State Sports Council<\/strong> recognized Country Mills Eagles<\/strong> as the 2017 Champion<\/strong>, and for the 2nd<\/sup> <\/strong>straight year!\u00a0 \u201cWe wanted to maintain a consistent approach to competition.\u201d<\/strong>, states Head Track & Field Coach for the Country Mills Eagles, Anthony Mills.\u00a0 He continues, \u201cOur goal is to perform perfectly at every Track & Field Meet, because Perfect Practice Makes Perfect!\u00a0 With such an attitude toward performance, there are likely to be other accomplishments, and being the 2017 Liberty Tour Track & Field Champion, is one of them!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Country Mills Eagles<\/strong> took the top spot with a total of 2,376<\/strong> total points throughout the 2017 Track & Field Season<\/strong>.\u00a0 However, right on their heels was Chatham Gold<\/strong>, the 2015 Liberty Tour Champion<\/strong>, with 2,064.50<\/strong> points.\u00a0 The Norwich Bolts<\/strong> took 3rd<\/sup><\/strong> with 820<\/strong> points, just barely edging out Averill Park Road Runners<\/strong>, who took 4th<\/sup> Place<\/strong> with 812<\/strong> points.<\/p>\n
