\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 O<\/strong>n a day that seemed almost perfectly designed for outdoor competition; where the sun provided the ideal spotlight for the Adirondack Championship stage, one would think that this was a day created for great performances.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Instead, it was a day filled with obstacles!<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>The good news is that, \u201cOne woman\u2019s obstacles, can quickly become another woman\u2019s record setting performance.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>A<\/strong><\/span><\/span>s a future Track & Field star, Ashley Mahlmeister<\/span><\/strong> (<\/span>Pictured Above<\/span><\/em><\/strong>) runs a blistering Liberty Tour and Adirondack Championship record in the Young Women\u2019s 100m HH with a time of 14.59, breaking the previous record by nearly three (3) seconds! <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Utilizing that same 100m speed, Ashley also set a new Liberty Tour and Adirondack Championship record in the Young Women\u2019s Long Jump with a leap of 5.7m, which shattered the old record by almost two (2) ft.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
