Christmas Rush

Date of Event:  Sunday, December 1, 2013

Time of Meet: 2:00pm

Location:  University at Albany Sefcu Arena and adjacent ‘Bubble’;  1400 Washington Ave., Albany, NY

Entry Fees:  Preregistration rate:  $10 youth (18 and under);  $25 open & masters.  There is a day of meet penalty of an additional $10 for late registration.

Registration Deadline:  Thursday, November 28, 2013;  10:00pm

Eligibility:  All age groups allowed.   USATF or AAU membership not required.  High School athletes may compete as unattached, without their school uniforms. Twelve and under are allowed three events.  Thirteen and older may enter four events.  Relays do not count toward the limit.

Age Divisions:  Youth age divisions are determined by the year of birth.  8 and under(2005 +); 9-10 (2003-2004); 11-12 (2001-2002); 13-14(1999-2000); 15-18 (1998-1995; This division includes those athletes born after July 27, 1994.)  Open and Masters age divisions are determined by your age on the day of the meet.

Track Events:  55m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m (11 yrs. and older), 1500m RW, 55HH (11 yrs.and older), 4×200, 4×400, 4×800 (11 yrs.and older).

Jumping Events in Sefcu Arena:  Long Jump, Triple Jump (13 yrs. and older), High Jump

Bubble Events:  Pole Vault (13 yrs. and older), Shot Put, Weight Throw (15 yrs. and older) .  There will be no implement inspection.  Please bring your own implement and pole.
