                 Regardless of political persuasions, the economic environment, or the latest weather conditions; Sports Unite Us!  Whether you are a Fan or an Athlete, the passion for sports is Contagious and Inspiring.  Nothing matches the sensation of having your team win, and nothing matches the exhilaration of working to succeed and being the first to cross the finish line.

                The Empire State Sports Council is prepared to bring back such an excitement and lead the way into the next generation of the State Games, and forge a new future for competition-minded athletes and competition-minded audiences throughout the Empire State!

A New State Games is Coming in 2012!

            The Liberty Games will embrace the positive equity of the former Games, with the vision, excitement, and enhancement of the New State Games.  Our experienced and committed staff has been diligently working on everything from Sponsorship to Scheduling logistics for the past ten (10) months.  In fact, the completely New look of the website, www.TheLibertyGames.com,  is being built as you read this. and is expected to be completed by late March of 2012.  Although we cannot provide all of the details at this point, we would encourage you to keep checking back as we will be adding new things each week as information and agreements become defined.  In the meantime, we would like to reach out to you and ask you to do what you can to support our efforts, by providing a Donation that will assist us in developing and promoting the Liberty Games.
