Opening Festival Features Rising Star!
New York isn’t just tall buildings and great hot dogs. Fact is, most of New York is mountains, lakes, farms, forests, and small towns most folks have never heard of! And out of this lesser-known New York comes Country Music Artist Chelsea Cavanaugh.
Blending engaging melodies and charming energy with lyrical content that defies her age, Upstate New York singer-songwriter Chelsea Cavanaugh continues to captivate audiences from New York to Nashville. Chelsea began writing when she was just 9 years old, motivated by the music her older sister listened to. After an intimate first-time performance at a family friend’s restaurant, Chelsea was hooked! Today the teenager has shared the stage with some of Country Music’s best and performed for audiences as large as 25,000. Backed by a band of seasoned professionals, Chelsea is at home on a major stage, television appearance, or unplugged. Regardless of venue, Chelsea’s performances constantly draw attention from Country Music audiences of all ages as well as crossover interest from fans of mainstream pop music.
