Liberty Games Track & Field – 2015

  The 5th leg of the Empire State Liberty Tour Track & Field Series has concluded, and the Team Standings for the top four (4) Teams are as follows:

            1st Place – Chatham Gold – 1,144.75 points

            2nd Place – Country Mills Eagles – 944 points

            3rd Place – In A NY Minute – 676 points

            4th Place – Averill Park Road Runners – 542.50 points

           Next up on the schedule is the Liberty Games Track & Field Championships, and the race has tightened, with the Averill Park Road Runners sliding into 4th place with 542.50 points, just barely ahead of the, now 5th Place, NY Nova Starz.  Remember, the Liberty Games is a “weighted” event, which means that the points are DOUBLED!  We look forward to seeing everyone, including some friends from Jamaica!

Ichabod Crane High School has an eight (8) lane track all the way around.  There are three (3) beautiful White Sand Pits, and a very Olympic Village type atmoshpere!  We are excited to have them hosting the Liberty Games at this facility.  We hope you will join us for all of the Exciting Competition and Fun that surrounds each ES Sports event!
