The 5th leg of the Empire State Liberty Tour Track & Field Series has concluded, and the Team Standings are as follows for the Top 10 Teams:

         1st Place  – Country Mills Eagles (1288 Points)
         2nd Place – Chatham Gold (1098.50 Points)
         3rd Place – Averill Park Road Runners (494.50 Points)
         4th Place – Norwich YMCA Bolts (490 Points)
         5th Place – Glencadia Bullets – (416.50 Points)
         6th Place – In A NY Minute (318.50 Points)
         7th Place – Clinton Track & Field Club (161 Points)
         8th Place – Triple Cities Runners Club (150 Points)
         9th Place – New York Starz (107 Points)
         10th Place – Shawangunk Runners – (97 Points)

     Next up on the Liberty Tour Track & Field schedule is the Liberty Games Track & Field competition, and with the Team scoring so close for the top four (4) places, it doesn’t take much for positions on the Team Score Board to change, especially considering that the Liberty Games is a “weighted” event.  We look forward to seeing everyone at the Liberty Games, as there are more than 20 Teams that have scored points during the 2016 Liberty Tour Track & Field Series, which is a record, to date, for any single year!

Liberty Games Track & Field

Combined Events – Friday, July 15th (5:00 pm) @ Mohonasen High School

Full Meet – Saturday, July 16th (10:00 am) @ Mohonasen High School

NOTICE:  ES Sports has added a NEW Combined Event for the Primary and Sub Bantam age divisions, which WILL BE contested at the Liberty Games!  It is a Triathlon, but we will be replacing the High Jump with the Long Jump.  Both the Shot Put and the 200m Dash will remain the same!

     Mohonasen High School has a newly resurfaced Track with eight (8) lanes all the way around, two (2) Long Jump Pits, Steeplechase, and all Throwing Vectors!  We are EXCITED to have this facility as the host site for the Liberty Games in 2016.  It was also the site for the Patriot’s Invitational this year!

      The Liberty Games presents Medals to the top three (3) winners of each event, and the Medal Stand will be on site for that occasion.  Sportswear will be available at this event, so plan on purchasing your choice of T-shirt, Hoodie, or Cap!  We hope that you will join us for all of the Exciting Competition and FUN that surrounds each ES Sports event!
